NamasteyAyurveda.com will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 7 days from delivery date. Please note, any item(s) returned after 7 days from confirmed delivery may be subject to a restocking fee and supervisory approval. In order to start the return or exchange process, please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. You will be charged a restocking fee of 8% if the returned items/orders values over $4,000. The restocking fee will be waived if you request an exchange for items equal or greater value than what was originally purchased.
The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the RMA form, the original warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored or you will be charged a restocking fee depending on the condition.
Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

Once your return to Namastey Ayurveda is received, reviewed and inspected (usually within 3 – 5 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account. Please be advised that the initial shipment fee incurred by NamasteyAyurveda.com, will be deducted from the refunded amount on returned orders that were dispatched via ground shipping. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs even if the Free Shipping option was selected (usually $5-$40).
Gifts With Purchase: Free or discounted items shipped as a promotional gift with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in the original condition as described in the Standard Return Policy. The retail value of a gift with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, please keep all packaging, contents and immediately contact customer service via email email@example.com. Our customer service professionals may request photos of the packaging to submit a damage claim with the carrier.
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by WorldofWatches.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and the customer has not contacted a customer service the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
